Hey Everyone!
Thanks for all the Bday shoutouts! I cant believe how many there were ha! Anyways, my bday was absolutely amazing, and was one of the best ones that ive ever had. i got my dads package just in time, so we ended up eating bbq chicken for lunch which was absolutely delicious!! The rest of the day we just worked normally and everything went really well and i got the chance to do 2 baptismal interviews which was really cool! Then for dinner my pensionista and her daughter made home made pizza and made me a delicious jello icecream cake!! it was awesome!! id send pictures, but my usb just got a virus when i put it in the computer, and now im just worried that im going to lose all my pictures...hope not!!! Anyways, it was an amazing bday and it was really cool just because weve been working so hard and have really been receiving alot of blessing for doing it. Even though im so far away from home, i got the chance to spend my bday with people i love doing things i love so it was really cool. The next one ill get to spend with all of you though whichll be cool! Anyways, something else cool about this week is that we just found out that we were the zone of exelence here in Quillabamba! That was pretty cool, and it looks like we're going to be able to do it again next month if we keep working hard. anyways, i love you all and appreciate the support!

Hey Everyone!

Today is Cody's 21st birthday! I know you're all really busy but if you could send him a quick email or write him a letter wishing him a happy birthday it would make his day. If you have already done this, thank you so much! His info is on the sidebar.

Thanks for all your support! I know he is so grateful.

Hey Everyone!
Not much time to write but i hope that you liked the pics last week of Mandor and that you like the pics this week of Siete Tinajas. i know that we already went there last change, but alot of new missionaries are here and wanted to go, and plus there was more water so it was cooler. its always nice to get some more pics for the photo album. anyways, we have been working our butts off and have had some amazingly spiritual experiences. plus, we have been working extremely hard with the zone and it is looking like we could be the zone of execelence this month if we complete our goal for this next week of baptisms. not that its a competition, but it always feels good to be recognized for the hard work that you do. anyways, im doing good and i really appreciate all the bday shoutouts. i cant believe that im going to be 21 this week! I send pics of the little party that were going to have in our pension.
Love you All!

Hey Everyone,
These weeks have been amazing for me. I cant put into words how much that i have grown and learned in this time. My studies have been amazing, i get along amazingly with my companion, and we have been sharing amazing experiences out here together as we teach the gospel to everyone thatll listen. i have felt the spirit more strongly in these weeks than ever, and ive honestly just handed my life over to the Lord and am just letting him form me into the person he wants me to be. For awhile i was trying not to let God change things in my life that i was comfortable with, but im learning that i just need to hand myself over to him so that i can truly be an instrument in His hands. i love this work and more than ever i want to share my testiomony with everyone that i can. Im so thankful to be a member of His church and to have this oportunity to share His gospel with others. Thank you all for the support and for the help and strength that you give me while i read your letters. I love you all and hope that you enjoy the pics!

Hey Everyone!
This week was really good for us, and we had another baptism that was awesome! It was a girl named Katherine, who got baptized on her twelth birthday. This baptism was pretty special though, because she lives in an orphanage here in Quillabamba and has gone through alot to be able to be baptized. i wish i could explain the whole story and how cool it is to go to the orphanage and teach all the kids, but this computer sucks and i dont have time!!!! frustrating! anyways, ill guess ill just share my experiences with you all when i get back. also, today we went to the coooolllesstt place ive gone to in the mission so far, but once again the computer sucks and i cant send pics. anyways, im doing good, but just a little frustrated with the technology her lol. I love you all and hope that you have a great week!

January 2, 2012 (Happy New Year!)

Hey everyone!
So this was a really great week, and new years was alot of fun! We got the whole zone together and made chicken tacos!!! There are 3 missionarys in the zone from Guatemala and new how to do the tortillas from scratch and everything and plus i had some taco sauce from Macayos that my mom sent me so it was sweet! plus our mission president stopped by earlier that day to say hi to us and give us some sparklers so we lit those. it felt kinda lame though because all around us people were lighting off giant fireworks! i heard those are legal now in Arizona some im sure that was pretty fun for you guys. oh and i got a new companion this week. His name is Elder Cardenas, and hes from Lima, peru. He is a really cool guy and I feel really lucky to have him as my companion. we get along amazingly and are already starting to have alot of success here just because we are being so obedient and working so hard. I have a good feeling about what we are going to accomplish here in Quillabamba as a zone this change. oh and also there is a new package guy here in the mission office so from now on you have to send the packages to Elder Hans Abraham Aguilar Jara. I know thats alot to write lol. Anyways, we are just starting a new change here in Quillabamba and im looking forward to everything that
we have ahead of us.
 Love you all.
