Hey Everyone,
So this week went awesome and im glad to say that the wedding and their baptisms went really good. saturday was a day packed full of stuff. first, the couple had their wedding at 9 in the morning, then afterwards we went to sicuani and had their baptisms. it all went really good, and then we returned to pitumarca and had the recepcion with all the members of the church in pitumarca. it was an amazing experience, and one that i hope to have again in the mission. now i found out that i have a change to another place so i have to say bye to all the families that ive gotten to know which really stinks! i loved my time here in pitumarca though, and i learned so much here. im going to work really hard in my next area to apply everything that ive learned here, and to learn even more. next week ill let you know where im at. love you all! Hey Everyone,
so this week went really good, and i had some cool experiences. as we were studying one morning we got a call from one of president calderon´s assistants and he let me know that he was in pitumarca with president and that they came to visit us, so we got the chance to work with them the whole day which was awesome. my companion worked with elder ruiz, the assistant, and i worked with president calderon the whole day which was amaaaazing! i learned a ton from working with him the whole day and the stuff that ive learned has already helped me a ton! he was really happy with the work we are doing too, and congratulated us a ton which was really nice. it was really fun being able to get to know him and all that too because hes a really cool guy and not that many missionarys have gotten the chance to work one on one with him. since he was really happy with the work that we are doing here he said that i might have another change here so ill just wait and see. this week is really exciting too, because it is the week of the wedding of the couple here, and of their baptisms..anyways im doing good here and loving all the stuff thats going on..thanks for all the support, and ill send more pics next week! hey everyone!
So we had a really good week here, and did some cool stuff! on saturday we did a service project to fix up the church here, and it was a ton of fun. the church needs a ton of work here still, but we are making a ton of progress. i got to work with drywall too which was pretty fun cuz i never really got to do it before. next saturday were going to paint it and everything and it should be looking sweet. also we got all the paperwork done and presented for victoriano and lucia so theyre all set to get married and baptized the 28th of this month! im super excited for that, and we have the support of all the members of pitumarca, so it should be a day that noone here will ever forget, and especially victoriano and lucia. besides that stuff though, the work keeps going good here, and the members more than anything are progressing a ton here and are really excited to have the church grow here in pitumarca. its been really cool seeing all the changes in all them, and its going to be really tough to leave all these people when that day comes..anyways i love you all and hope you are doing great! oh and thanks dad and grandma for your packages because they were amazing! and thanks for the email matt! i hope youre tearing it up in golf!

hey everyone!
So today was another good week here in pitumarca. weve been working super had with a couple in their forties, and they are going to get married and baptized here in a little bit..this next week we are going to help them do all the paperwork and everything, and im pretty sure that they are going to get married and baptized in this change, so ill be able to be a part of it. oh plus this last week we changed houses finally, so we are alot more comfortable now. we somehow are in the nicest house in all of pitumarca. its not much but for us it is perfect. plus it has hot water, so im in heaven with that. i feel clean for the first time in about 5 months! well not much to talk about this week but that pic of my by the window is the view that i have from my desk! hope youre all doing great and have a great week! Love Elder Anderson oh and all the ruins and stuff was at a really famous place here called Raqchi...it was pretty sweet!

hey everyone!
so today was a really great week for us..we worked super hard, and saw alot of results! we even helped edgar and justina get baptized this week which was awesome! they passed through alot to be able to be baptized, and because of it their baptisms were super spiritual! both of their families didnt want them to be baptized at first, but after we talked to them and prayed for them the entire week they finally allowed it. it looked like they were never going to be able to be baptized, but literally in the last moment they were able to. ive never prayed harder than i did this week for someone else, and it just goes to show that when we are focused in the lords work and are really worried for his children that he blesses us with what we need. this week with their two baptisms really were miracles, and i learned some things that im never going to forget. im really learning how to work by the spirit here in the mission, and we are working extremely well as a companionship. if we keep this up we really should have alot more success here in pitumarca this change. just for a side note on the week...i ate guinea pig intestines this week!!!! that was oficially the grossest thing ive ever eaten lol! just so you know too its really chewy and tastes awful, but the worst part is that you have to chew it for like 5 minutes. i was basically swallowing it without chewing though, because i couldnt handle it. oh and i got your letter fat guy..thanks for the support and words of encouragement! oh also i got your letter sis lake and lacey and nellie..thanks a ton cuz it was awesome! well not much else this week, but im calling this sunday for mothers day! i think we can call saturday too to let you know what time ill be calling sunday so ill talk to you then! love you all and thanks a ton for the support!!
